Very invasive emails. I wanted a todo list/productivity app and decided to try Clickup. Turns out I ended up not going for it (the app is good, but I needed something with a widget that showed my tasks). Even after deleting my account and unsubscribing from email communications (separately) I have kept receiving daily emails from them. I guess it's part of the onboarding email program. I don't want help Clickup. I want you to stop spamming my inbox.

Much, much better app than their competitor Atlassian's Jira app. Some parts still need some love. For instance, the issues can get easily out of sync, and the only way to update them requires you to navigate to home screen and swipe down to refresh or restart the app. Also, the advanced formatting is not available at all, and you have to use web app for that. But don't worry, ClickUp team is releasing updates fairly quickly, and I believe such features will pop up soon enough.

The web version of ClickUp is easily the best collaboration and productivity tool I've ever used, which makes the android version so disappointing. It crashes constantly, doesn't display task assignees or descriptions, doesn't display the activity tab on tasks in chronological order or update if new activity happens while a task is open. Tagging other users in comments or clearing notifications rarely works. I use this for notifications and reminders, otherwise it's more of a hassle than a help.
