I have been using the app since two years. The initial set up was very un-intuitive and difficult to figure out when connecting your WiFi with the device. For about a month now I am unable to log in my account. The App says 'Net Error'. Even when I try to register a new account it says Net Error. I tried switching ISPs, too. I can't do local debugging as well. I cannot create a ticket or contact support. Really frustrating.

1 star, and would be 0 if I could! As an app that's to provide energy capture and usage figures, this basic component has not been working most of the past year now! And I see I'm not alone! What's the point of all these fancy bells and whistles you keep adding if you don't have any fundamental data showing at all!?! Fix this please!!

It's about average but it has a bunch of really annoying aspects that are just self-imposed deficiencies chosen by developers. First it doesn't let you use a dark mode so it's always a very bright background. Second the graphs institute a color palette that is atrocious because it's so difficult to see. Seriously? Light yellow on white? Third, going from local to remote viewing, or back, is so many clicks it's almost better just to quit the app and start over.
