I do love it but it don't always alert me when you walk pass it. It doesn't load when you get an alert fast enough someone can break in and take what they want and be gone about the time it starts to work. PLEASE FIX THE ISSUES!!!!! I also have issues with seeing footage unavailable and no one can help saying that you only can see it when motion detected which is a lie these issues just started. As soon as I find another one to replace I'm out

Hi Angela, we know technical issues are frustrating. Your Ring Camera or Doorbell will record when motion is detected or someone rings the bell. Works as it should, I haven't had any issues with it functioning thus far! The only downside is the yearly cost! While not bank draining, it's really ridiculous that we even have to pay for this, I don't even store any videos, I delete any videos that may occur when someone rings my bell after each occurrence. I'm thinking about a new system once this billing year is over, which is coming up! After reading MANY reviews, it seems VERY CLEAR that when any issue arises, Ring blames the customer

Hi Jim, we're glad to hear your Ring system is working well. The Ring Protect plan is an optional subscription plan that offers additional features for your Ring Doorbell or Camera. You do not have to purchase a Ring Protect plan if you do not need access to video recording. Thanks for sharing your feedback!

Works pretty well but the problem is the number of steps it takes to switch between live view screens in landscape mode on different cameras. I wish you could just swipe left and right to see the different cameras but instead you have to go all the way back to the home page (through portrait mode) then go all the way back into the next camera. It takes six taps to do something that intuitively should take one swipe.
