Terrible. Constantly crashes. Video plays at about 1 or 2 frames per second. The app completely freezes just about every time I use it. **Update 3\16\2024 A lot has improved since my original 1 star review. Everything seems to work much smoother now. My only complaint now is the poor video quality. 1080p resolution means nothing if you don't have a proper bitrate. The video quality is still quite poor.

Not worth it anymore with the recent price increase. Picture freezes often as before they have put the price up (by 42%) but done nothing to improve the service. I've now unsubscribed and honestly can't say I miss it at all. It's still a deterrent as everyone thinks they are recorded still. Very disappointed with ring. Better options available on the market.

Ring doorbell used to be a really good product, but now it doesn't work half the time at all. When it does ring, it cuts off the person at the door after about 10 seconds or there's a colossal delay. I get notifications to say someone's there and it turns out that was 5/10 minutes ago. Sometimes it doesn't even detect people at the door. No other devices have a problem with the WiFi of Internet speed and have a mesh system, they can't (but will) blame the connection. Definitely don't recommend.
