Availability and Medisafe Premium
In the United States, Medisafe is free to download and use, with Medisafe Premium available as an optional subscription.

Outside the United States, Medisafe includes a 14-day free trial. After the trial ends, users must purchase a subscription to continue using the app.

Medisafe Premium includes unlimited medications, unlimited Medfriends, access to more than 20 health measurements, and the choice of a dozen reminder sounds.

Subscriptions purchased through Google Play automatically renew unless canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play account, in accordance with Google Play’s subscription terms and policies.

Ratings and reviews

Another app not understanding their target audience. I've been using this app a couple of years, recommending it to friends. It was great, until the latest introduction to a subscription. Because someone in charge doesn't understand that people who use a lot of medication are sick. And those people often don't work. And no work equals bare minimum income. Conclusion: the target audience can't pay this amount for the app, and I'm part of that group. I don't mind a fee, but this is too much! Bye

Used this for years but didn't pay for the extra features. Now they are inaffect forcing you to pay to use. £5 a month! There are free alternatives that use ads and I am happy to pay for them to be removed in one off payment. Not paying every month to use an app. It's a shame as it's been useful but not in any way worth a monthly payment. Uninstalled.

I was looking for something to help me track my medicine after surgery. Simple to use, no ads, gets the job done, and setup takes 1 min/medicine. For developers: there are some health conditions missing, allow users to save their own condition. You can "translate" it later, most likely using some tool to the correct name. For example, I had rhynoplasty for septum deviation. Both were not an option in app, but you could allow me to give those names and later match them with your API. 😊 ty
