I pay for a subscription to 365, It comes with almost all the office apps they offer as well as defender and a few other perks well worth the cost. Except that defender doesn't seem to actually work, won't allow me to update my information or hold the settings if it does. It blocked nothing as a matter of fact since installing defender my account and devices seem to be infected and even have captive portal maleware and such and don't receive calls, my files and accounts are steady worsening

It used to be east to turn it on. Now you have to go to Android Device. You were able to turn it on in the app. This is too many steps!! This is the programmer justifying their job. These things are supposed to be easy. Instead, every time there is an update, there are more steps for me to do. I didn't get this app for me to have to continuously update everything, I got it to protect my phone. If it gets any more difficult, I'll just delete it

it's one of those security apps that you don't know if it is actively doing anything or not. 2 problems though. the icon has two grey colours. Light grey, and mildly not the same light grey. Which one signifies On or Off? I find out that it's Off by a Defender Email letting me know that's it's been turned off. Can the app have 2 extra features? (1). Change the icon colours to Green On, Red Off. (2). At the time that it is being turned off, notify me the App doing that, allow me to reject.
