Should be able to control all settings on the phone app. Now and then, you can remote control kids' devices on your phone. Why hasn't the VR kept up with the times? Why do I have to put it on and play with the settings from the device itself. If it can be fixed and updated with the price tag you charge, it should have that function. Is the headset overpriced? Yes. Are the games good? No. Some are great, others lack the finish quality of regular old-fashioned games on a console.

The app is basically useless, and I cannot change my profile picture because the gallery is super glitched. This has been this way for a long time. The images won't load and if you press on one, you get an "unknown error". It is good to have this app if you have the vr headset though. Just in case.

You should be able to change your profile photo by tapping your profile picture >View profile>Edit and change, however, if the gallery is glitching, please try checking for updates, restarting the app + your device or even reinstalling the app. If you still need help, please contact us via our website.

The app does what it's supposed to for the most part. It's just slow as sin. I can stream 4k video from YouTube off my data just fine. This takes me about 5 minutes to load 2 seconds of 1080p video. It takes forever to download the videos as well and sometimes will just stop in the middle of downloading. This should be convenient but it's less of a hassle to just upload footage to Google drive through the headset's browser than using the official app. It's a shame.
