Ratings and reviews

This app is a lifesaver for parents trying to manage their child's app usage and screen time. we have a child who must carry his phone with him at all times because it doubles as a medical device. Ourpact let's us keep the important apps available all the time while selectively setting time limits for educational and entertainment apps. The one-time connection to a computer is a bit of a pain, but well worth it to be able to fully monitor and control what your child has access to.

Update 12/31 When an action is blocked on the child phone there is no information about what to do to unblock it. Trying to open a file? Good luck. This app could be so much better.

I installed the junior app on daughter's new iPhone and it overheated and died within an hour. I happened to be recording everything with a separate camera. This brand new iPhone is no longer functional because of this app. I have tried to contact customer support but I get no response. Someone from this product support took the time to comment on my review but can't take the time to actually respond to my email. Terrible business practice. Going to start small claims process
