Whenever there is a delay in the traffic the app gets overloaded and gives me the error "Something went wrong on our end but we can't determine why."

Hello Alex! When there is a disturbance in the SL traffic respective entrepreneur who is responsible over the bus, train or boat has a responsibility to update the information in the app. Sometimes you need to update your journey by go in and out from your searched journey to get up to date information. Paid for my ticket. Activated it. Had the QR code ready & 1h left. Went on the bus & the machine said "Invalid ticket". Bus driver was not nice about it, so I went off the bus. Waited for the next bus to check again. This time it worked..... Awesome. Do I always have to wait for the next bus when the machine is not working properly?

Worst app ever. I updated the app yesterday and I lost my 3 months ticket. Because I did not make the replacement guarantee the customer service told me that they cannot do anything.

Hi Bogdan! We are sorry to hear that you lost your SL ticket. If you are worried that app updates will cause problems in the future you can also get the green SL card and load your tickets to the card at the train stations or other proxies. Kind regards, SL
