App has a well-laid out UI and interaction flows, makes it super easy and convenient to book train travel, with a decent set of options for payments. However, the app lets you book trains that are cancelled without telling you until AFTER you pay. If you bought a non-SJ journey you can't even get an automatic refund even though their system clearly knows the train is cancelled.

So absurd that you can't book a non-table seat on SJ intercity trains. All other kinds of preferences are available, window, aisle, upstairs, but the one important one is missing. You can ask for being placed by the table, but you can't ask not to be placed there. 6 trips in a row I havd been placed by a table now, and I have tried all the preferences and they all put you by a table. And no preference puts you by a table.

The app is basically ok, does its job, but it has some annoyances. The most annoying one is the flaky persistence of chats. If you need to briefly switch to another app, you can never be sure you will be able to return to the chat you just having. It has worked some times but not always. Sound notifications when waiting for an agent to join or respond - very uncertain.
