Ratings and reviews

The localisation feature is buggy! You don't see any new profile during a whole week, but if you disable and turn on your profile again, you suddenly see them appearing. The tech team should really address this problem since this is the main feature which makes happen different from the other app! I applied the successive updates as recommended without success.

Every time I try to use the feature "hide my profile" for a few hours, my profile is hidden and I cannot see anyone anymore for several weeks. I'm very close to deleting the app, since I cannot use the app for weeks. Also, notifications are unpredictable (I chose to receive notifications only for messages, I don't get them, but I receive daily useless notifications instead).

Happn has fewer settings than similar apps and notably lacks a filter for languages spoken, so you have no idea if you can communicate with a match, particularly if you don't speak the local language in your area. A distance setting is also missing. It's not good enough simply to look for local matches if someone might be willing to relocate within a country for the right match. E-mail verification fails with a server error, and support says it cannot be verified later. Not worth paying for.
