It's useless in Luxembourg because there is no network coverage in the shops. Even more, in some shops the staff need to enter the card number manually due to the lack of bar code readers. I need to log on again and again which is very annoying with the combination of network connectivity. I ordered a physical card when the app was promoted but have not received it yet.

Dysfunctional and poor application. I cannot login anymore though I'm using the correct email address and password. I have mentioned this problem over and over to Delhaize's customer service yet nothing has changed. The IT department in Brussels seemingly doesn't care about their Luxemburgish customers. The issues are not taken into consideration. They have not developed the same application for Luxembourg as it was done for Belgium and they don't intend to spend more time on it as I was told .

Bugs at registering. Bugs at connection. First it tells you you can alter how it uses your data then later it flatly tells you you can't. Remains to be seen if it offers any advantages beyond harvesting your personal data and spamming you.
