What's the point of having an app for ordering online products if after you literally waste your time adding them to your cart, it either tells you they are not available or you get a call a few minutes later, telling you they are not available!!! Atrocious system made by extremely incompetent people, extremely overpriced products, low quality items, avoid as much as possible!

After my 1st complaint on online order, cs said: use the app it's better, can track & update address. Nope! It's worse & annoying, can't translate, but glitches & keeps reloading, can't change delivery comment, app still shows wrong house nr. Delivery can't be tracked. Today, bec ill, decided on fast delivery for urgent items. I only saw on delivery slip afterwards that half weren't available. But full amount & fee charged, App not updated, can't leave feedback! Wasn't informed about Glovo.

The app take 60s to start each time you open it, it has been like this for a few months already and nobody noticed, where is your QA team? It's the main issue driving users away, get your stuff together and test your app better for regression before each release.
