Great app! It has very minor issues, but overall works really well. Very easy to order, to track, good suggestions based on previous orders, not to forget important stuff. Promotions are working well as well as collecting the points and claiming them. Also delivery is mostly good, we just had 1 really bad experience. The only annoying thing is that it takes forever to open on slow or no internet (in the store), when I just want to scan my Delhaize card.

The only app on my phone, and I mean the only, where I have to log in every single time I open the app. Every. Single. Time! And keeps bugging me if I really, really won't allow them to track more of my data. And also, half of the app is in French for some reason. Overall, not a good experience. Maybe take a look at the Albert Heijn app, devs. That one works great!

I've been living in Belgium for over 8 months and I am unable to create an account on this app. I don't understand why international phone numbers are not available? I don't want to buy a new sim card just for this. Please allow international phone numbers for account verification (or at least greek numbers hoho). When you do, this rating will change to 5*, since I will be able to enjoy the great deals as everyone else. 🥹🫰
