Are you in the shop? Scan your Superplus card at the checkout directly from your My Delhaize app, you don't need your physical card anymore. With the My Delhaize app you can also scan the barcode of a product to get all the information you need, like the Nutri-Score. Very practical!

Great app! It has very minor issues, but overall works really well. Very easy to order, to track, good suggestions based on previous orders, not to forget important stuff. Promotions are working well as well as collecting the points and claiming them. Also delivery is mostly good, we just had 1 really bad experience. The only annoying thing is that it takes forever to open on slow or no internet (in the store), when I just want to scan my Delhaize card.

This app works sometimes. At least it's in English. Just tried to check out for the first time in a while. It asked me to log in. Logging in emptied my cart and I had to do the whole thing again. Another time I ordered around 100EUR in groceries. They showed up with about 10EUR of what I ordered and still wanted to charge a delivery fee. And it's normal they're hours late. Searching for "Beyond Burger" returns no results. I can find it by browsing through categories, just not through search.

i've been using the app for years, and it has been helpful. i especially liked the feature where it would show me on a map how far the delivery is out, so i could time not to be busy when it arrives.. for a while now that tracking doesn't seem to work anymore.
