Order your products, pay safely and have them delivered at your home or at your shop. Delivery possible the day after ordering, from 7 am to 9 pm, depending on your region.

Are you in the shop? Scan your Superplus card at the checkout directly from your My Delhaize app, you don't need your physical card anymore. With the My Delhaize app you can also scan the barcode of a product to get all the information you need, like the Nutri-Score. Very practical!

Thanks to the My Delhaize app you also have easy access to your Superplus account: activate your e-Deals, check your Superplus credit, redeem your points (for deals or with partners), donate your points to charity in 2 clicks, change your profile, ...

Ratings and reviews

It takes way too long to open the app. Unacceptable response time for today. Have you ever heard cache? Please make it faster to show the SuperPlus card barcode. Not only old ladies are using the app, but people that are used to having responses in milliseconds.

Works decently. Nice solution during covid times. Hard to find a free slot because of the high demand. Small things that could improve: Past orders show the items you've ordered but not how much of each; Would be nice to be able to go from a searched item to the 'shopping menu' the item is located in to view similar items. Alternatives for not available items are sometimes also not available. And it's unclear how long a slot remains reserved after you selected one. All in all, like it.

Looks like you cannot pay with Bancontact app directly, such a shame. Everything else worked fine.
