I genuinely wouldn't recommend buying glasses from them. Ibuy 1 get 1. I have been buying from them for years but my last experience has been very disappointing. I had bought glasses for 8k and it broke within 2 weeks.They don't have screws holding the frame of the glasses to hand it's plastic. I went again , and they raised an issue and it was rejected because it is not under "insurance"( something extra you pay for). You can't even repair it by paying extra.you just have to throw your glasses

The initial prescription number t was wrong. I didn't adjust to the new glasses and kept getting a headache. When I got my eyes rechecked at the same outlet after a month, I found the number was wrong and I raised this request for exchange. However, it was rejected as they cover number related concerns only until 14 days. Talking to customer service was not helpful. They didn't give me any option at all when clearly the mistake happened due to Lenskart's incompetent and poorly-trained staff.

The app is not working file. 1) When i click on exchange banner it redirects me page which is not working. 2) 3d try on feature always stuck on loading frames. Even following all the measures as per guide. Such a time wasting experience with the app. I also have screenshots as well but can't attach here.
