Scummy subscription practice, just as the other reviews have stated. Deleted and reinstalled the app three times to trigger the one-time offer, and on the second install, the original price had changed from $59.99 to $79.99/yr, so the discounted offer was 37 cents more/month. Third install, the original price was back to $59.99/yr. Tried the free wake up exercises and they only show you a static illustration of the stretch. No video or anything. It's basically a glorified timer app. Not worth it

There is no free version. I'm the trial, you only get the "Wake Up" stretches, and after the trial goes away, it's just an app taking up space on your phone. The auto timer was nice, but I can use other customizable timer apps. The app did explain under the stretches what you should be feeling and focusing on, so that was nice. It's just too expensive for the convenience.

Holy paywall Batman! The only option that's unlocked on the free version is the "Wake Up" section, which contains 8 (I assume) basic yoga stretches/poses... But literally everything else is locked unless you pay for it (like 95%). And it only offers a 1 time offer of $20/mo before you see what it has to offer (which is a lot, so worth it... But I guess I can't get that offer again). Kind of seems a scummy, but not really. I'll be looking for a different app though (free)
