Love the app. I'm not using it nearly enough but can state when I do I notice a huge difference in my flexibility and muscle recovery. Recently bought a bicycle trainer so I can ride more consistently, and my legs are killing me, but this has helped immensely. My only complaint is I wish it outlined what areas/muscles were meant to be stretched with each stretch, so you know you are doing it correctly. If they just shaded that muscle group red on the cartoon model, it'd help. still, great app.

I get that developers deserve to be paid, but this is ridiculous. You can look at ONE short stretch routine for free. EVERYTHING else is premium. I'd maybe understand if this was a one time purchase, but $4/month or nearly $50 a year!? And for what? Yes, this is a pretty app, but there's no sound nor video instructions, no new content being made, not routine guidance. It's just a set of pretty lists of written out directions for stretches. No real "features", and no real value for paying.

Totally LOVE this app! Great routines plus the ability to make custom routines. very much like both the illustrations of positions and the animation: this has helped me so much with form. I'm going on 64 days in a row(although I forgot to record one day so there's a break in Bend's count)..wish I'd found this app years ago!
