Love the simplicity. Honestly, I hate yoga and stretching, but I work out 6 days a week. This is the first app that has got to stretch for 20 mins before and 20 mins after a workout. I honesty love it, and my flexibility is so much better 30 days in. Worth every penny.

I love this app. The only suggestion I would have is to have an option to voice the stretch instructions rather than having to pause and read them (when needed) and more programs around goals. For example: mobility for seniors. Then I would also recommend to my grandparents.

App is simple and well designed. Yes, all the good stuff is behind a paywall, but I think it's worth $4 to test and see if it works for you. I deal with chronic pain, but dont have time or money for a gym membership. This app is a great at-home resource you can use any time, for as long as you want. If you're dealing with minor postural issues or an acute injury, this may not be for you. But if you need a steady, low key routine, I highly recommend.
