Ratings and reviews

not very sitter friendly edited to add the rating system percentages seem to be a mess also. 1 3 star rating and i lose .11 points but a 5 star rating gives you .01? crazy

the app runs its business model based on automatic subscription renewal. I just discovered I was charged almost 200 while not using the app for the past year!!!

Doesn't give the option to meet the babysitters before. I think because it's easy, just that too much of a business side to it in where you dont have the option to meet the sitters before. I contacted several sitters and they said they were too busy to meet and if I wanted to meet then I had to pay them. For leaving my daughter with someone I do not know, i would like minimum meet the person that will be responsible for her for a couple of hours; even pet sitter apps have that option.
