This app is terrible. I'm better off using the web on my phone. The screen is constantly blank and just pulsates or fades in and out like loading content that never comes. When something does show, more often than not I get a 'Reconnect' message that doesn't fix anything. As a paid subscriber, I expect more. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and clearing the cache and all that. No luck. I have a Samsung S22 with all the latest software updates too. It's not me; it's you.

Broken with last update: I actually love the look and layout of the new app, but they completely broke the streaming. if I click on either stream the audio or the video, there is a solid 60% chance that it will spontaneously crash within the next 1 minute. I can generally get it back by relaunching it, but then I have to listen to the ads again and I missed everything that was said during the process.

The new changes, i.e., free 30 mins watching of Bloomberg, have been reduced to 15 mins. it is really annoying. I can't afford to pay for a subscription, and before, I was able to listen to important updates for 30 mins and was working well. I would say please bring back 30 mins of free watching. Thanks.
