Great app. The filters work really well, enabling me to find the tour that fits my preferences. One critique is the badges. The app keeps a badge on, even after I've "read" all my notifications, completed, and reviewed my tour. It makes me want to turn off badges on the app altogether, but I dont want to miss an alert...

I booked an activity with "ticket included", and the provider changed the start time form 6am to 3am (because we need to queue to get the tickets...), which is excessive and I wasn't able to attend. GetYourGuide refused to allow me to cancel and get a refund this bait and switch, and the provider collected the ticket money without having to buy it. This kind of scam is tolerated by GetYourGuide.

The platform offers variety of packages from entrance ticket only to guided tour, small group and etc. Happy I found this App and also through friends recommendation. Hope it delivers the quality of services as stated in the "Reviews". Most of all, it is easy to use and fast processing to confirm the booking but do read carefully of the term and condition offer by different operators. Price can varies a lot.
