Ratings and reviews

Slow, very slow, very very slow. Besides, it is pretty difficult to make an informed choice from the android app. The web site is no better really, it is pretty hard to understand the discount you get, the price you pay, how the redeem nights apply, etc. until you have to pay. And still, the amounts don't add up. Unless this is the only choice, I strongly recommend calling the hotel and dealing directly with them, that's how I got the best experience and value.

Used this app for many years. Booked 80+ nights with it. Last quarter one reward night expires without warning. I contact the support to ask if something can be done to extend as I have been a long term client; support says they revert in up to 3 days later. No reply for weeks. Today, I contact the support again to get an update, now they cannot even locate one my booking (did 80+). Will go to competitor.

This app has been awful to use this year! I've always used hotels, but trying to filter now is virtually impossible! When I last booked, I didn't recieve my reward points, customer service was rude and blamed me for not logging in before I booked. The app constantly logs you out during booking process, yet still received the booking emails and shows on my account! But I lost 3 days rewards because I didn't book on my account!! Silver member for years, but starting to look elsewhere now :(
