About this app

This application provides support for technicians during the installation of devices already provisioned, in the Live Objects platform. With your Live Objects user account, this application offers various functionalities:
- authenticate by biometry
- access to the global view of the fleet of devices by connectivity (status, silent, group)
- search devices with a combination of several filters
- locate devices nearby on the map and access directly to the detail of the device
- scan a QRcode to access the status of a device
- display the status of a device and access to information (detail, MQTT/LoRa activity logs, payload messages, locations, intervention reports, traffic network and statistics,....)
- define commands for your devices (Lora, SMS, MQTT), available and executable from a library of commands, shared by all users of the Live Objects customer account
- upgrade firmware for MQTT Devices
- display information about the siM card (network signal, ICCID, MSISDN, Roamind, bearer, operator)
- handle and share intervention reports (pictures, comments, parameters...) for a device, stored locally into your mobile phone
- add/remove a static location to a device and see the position into Live Objects portal
- edit device information (name, tag, property) via scan text (OCR) or QRcode
- enable/disable LoRa/MQTT/SMS/LWM2M connectivity of a device
- measure the quality of the signal level (LoRa only)
- access the theoretical network coverage by connectivity
- multi languages (english, français, español polski, slovencina, românia, auto mode)
