Ratings and reviews

This app is so frustrating. I placed a orders before, always with issues. On 2 of my orders the editing did not register on the order and all my albums arrived with cropped out heads. It takes so much time to deal with customer service! They did send me new albums, but then on my next order the same thing happened. I now want to continue ordering albums so that it matches my current collection, but like the previous times, when I access my Google Photos, the app does not access all my albums.

Please add a 'SAVE' feature to be used during the photo selection process!!! I just selected 350 photos on my phone (which took about 45 minutes.. ) and then the app simply bugged and I lost all of them... Not too kean to restart the selection process from the beginning.. Really annoying. Also, the app lacks security related information (how you handle user data, payment security etc. ). The photo albums are very nice however and of good quality (I already ordered once before this incident).

Quality feel but limited writing. I made two books, one cheap, one most expensive. The cheap one was great for £40. The £120 book was amazing quality but really upset with the words, it had autocorrected the names of countries wrong and I hadn't realised so they're misprinted. The text also was very limited. I could only write in one size, I wanted a title and then text but it would look silly if all the same size.
