This app is so frustrating. I placed a orders before, always with issues. On 2 of my orders the editing did not register on the order and all my albums arrived with cropped out heads. It takes so much time to deal with customer service! They did send me new albums, but then on my next order the same thing happened. I now want to continue ordering albums so that it matches my current collection, but like the previous times, when I access my Google Photos, the app does not access all my albums.

Please add a 'SAVE' feature to be used during the photo selection process!!! I just selected 350 photos on my phone (which took about 45 minutes.. ) and then the app simply bugged and I lost all of them... Not too kean to restart the selection process from the beginning.. Really annoying. Also, the app lacks security related information (how you handle user data, payment security etc. ). The photo albums are very nice however and of good quality (I already ordered once before this incident).

Do not expect your package on time. The Popsa app and process it honestly easy to use and very slick looking. I have no issue with that side of things. But if youre expecting to get your end product on time don't hold your breath. although the site assures you that paying for "express shipping" should get your product(s) sooner it is my experience that, that isnt true. im still wait (more than a week now) for the express shipping products I paid for. Expectations should be adjusted.
