Ratings and reviews

The mobile controls are a bit trickier than the desktop (for example I was a little surprised that "q&a" showed results for all chapters), but not bad. I also kind of like that the player controls stay on screen instead of disappearing after a second like on YouTube -- which drives me crazy when I'm trying to pause on a certain frame. Udemy's mobile player behaving differently than Youtube may be a *good* thing for usability :)

I've been using Udemy for a while now, and while the platform has a vast array of courses, I've struggled to understand some foreign tutors' accents and language nuances. Since the app is widely used in India, I think it would be fantastic to have more Indian tutors or courses tailored to the Indian audience. Strange refund policy terms. After realizing that the course is not offering what the instructor has promised, you press refund and you get an immediate decline message 'you have watched too much'. And you have watched at the end 3 out of 54 sections.... However after contacting the support center I got a fair solution with a return to my credit card, which anyway I spent for another course. Mind that if you get a return as virtual coins, may result in having all potential discounts revoked.
