The app is great. However. I had a video appointment and I waited 40 minutes for the doctor. The doctor then connected (presumably) at some point and marked as if I was never present and it seems somehow unfair. I now have a red flag saying I did not respect the RDV. It would be nice the stats of from when to when each person (doctor and patient) connected. At least as record. I would get back to 5 stars if the feature is added.

It rarely opens past a white screen. When it does, you have to wait for 3 minutes until you can type anything. The search criteria are hard to handle and disappear when you change pages, as well as the order of the doctors (you can't go back to find a potential doctor you noticed, you have to gamble with the randomizer again).

This app started off as a good idea to find doctors. But there is always some bug, especially if you have chosen the option to be notified of an earlier appointment. The minute you chose to change or appointment it's says not available. Even though the app shoes that the time is available. That makes this app really inconvenient and irritating. Fix this issue then you will get 5 stars

Cliquez sur « Réserver de nouveau » dans la liste de rendez-vous, les détails du rendez-vous ou sur la page de confirmation pour voir directement les disponibilités. Choisissez votre créneau et finalisez la réservation avec les mêmes options pré-sélectionnées. Disponible pour tous les rendez-vous réservés en ligne, sauf les premières consultations ou les urgences.
