It makes it easy to check reimbursements, download certificates, send documents, and access important account information securely. The interface is generally clear and useful for everyday healthcare needs. While occasional login or performance issues can occur, the app is reliable overall. I rate it 5 stars for its convenience, security, and helpful features for insured users.

Its waaaay too complicated. They send an email telling you there's an incredibly important message waiting for you, so you have to log on, but just your as number and password are not enough you have to send for a code to be sent to your email. So you go to see it but when you go back to the previous you have to log in again. So send the code by TEXT MESSAGE. Or better, just send the damn important message by email. Bloody too simple, eh? Actually it's even more useless but there's no room to w

edit 2026:The website is very unreliable. As a result. The app is often not working. it's been working really well the last couple years and I'm happy with it. the only thing I would change is an assistant button that actually let's you call or email when we need help that can't be provided by the ai.
