- Report the loss or theft of your Vitale card
- Order a Vitale card
- Declare your newborn to your fund
- Register your child on both parents' cards
- Change your username
- Report an accident caused by a third party
- Access the simulation of your rights to social assistance
- Consult the processing times of your checkout
- Choose your complementary organization in case of overlapping contracts
- Declare a medical procedure or treatment not carried out

Manage your personal information:
- Find all your personal information
- Change your postal address, email address and phone numbers

Make an appointment with your fund:
- Choose a telephone appointment slot
- Change your appointments
- Delete your appointments
- View your upcoming appointments

edit 2026:The website is very unreliable. As a result. The app is often not working. it's been working really well the last couple years and I'm happy with it. the only thing I would change is an assistant button that actually let's you call or email when we need help that can't be provided by the ai.

The Ameli App is worth it, 2mins to log in on the app to get the documents printed or to be used for emergency. I'm just hoping that they improve the app by making the users send documents which they are asking us for, can be sent through the app, like other apps can, example the MON COMPTE RETRAITE, you can send documents directly on the app.

I find this application very useful. Only hick is that whilst it is very easy to receive documents by Ameli, users can't send documents in return. It can be a little frustrating at the long run.
