Manage diabetes together with the LibreLinkUp app – a tool for monitoring someone's glucose from afar [1]. Now with interactive glucose graphs and glucose alarms [3, 4].


LibreLinkUp allows you to monitor and support people who are using a FreeStyle Libre sensor and compatible FreeStyle Libre app. You can link up by asking them to invite you in their app.

Whether you’re a family member, friend or co-worker, the LibreLinkUp app helps you monitor and support people in your life so they can better manage their diabetes. You can use the LibreLinkUp app to view their glucose with a quick glance of your phone if they’re using a FreeStyle Libre sensor and app.

Great app for tracking my son's BG levels. However, there have been numerous occasions when it has lost connection to my son's levels which can be worrying when I'm not with him. I would also suggest that there are different alarm tones for all three notifications. I've had the alarm go off multiple times during the night notifying me that there has been no data for 20 minutes. But because the sound is the same as a high/low BG alarm, I wake in a panic thinking its an emergency.

Frustrating. My observations on functionality are that the libre2 was more accurate. With Libre3 we never know what we will get each time a new one is applied. There are often two days after application before readings can be trusted. They may be different up to 60 points at start, or may be very close. We need to finger stick until they align. The app is also limited in function. It can't track trends over days, allow for notes or history. The graph is also not a true reflection of readings.

Terrible and dangerous. Alarms are failing to sound every day now. Causing immense anxiety for the whole family. Using alongside omnipod 5 and the alarm on it is just a single beep which wouldn't wake you/us when child is sleeping in different room. Therefore the librelink up alarm is essential to be notified of a nighttime low. You don't know the alarm isn't working unless you realise there is a low or high be looking at omnipod controller. We've now decided to switch to more reliable dexcom.
