search on this app is so awful. toolsation lists all the different sizes of the same item (e.g a type of screw in every length and thickness) on the same page. You have to individually search for each size you want even if its the same product in a different size. Very annoying. The sprint section doesn't list certain products that are in stock and small enough to fit in a delivery driver's box - at random. So random items can't be delivered by sprint. No way to do anything about it.

Clunky. Keyboard covers half the page when putting in CVV, doesn't auto minimize when you click the next button. Poor app development. Also even though I'm signed in to the same account I use on the website, my saved lists are visible so I have to recreate them. Little things that could have been done better. Hope this feedback gets looked at. Could be a great app with a few tweaks. For now I'll continue using the laptop

love screwfix for having 95% of what I need to get those jobs done. even late into the weekends. Really hate ordering things on the app and getting a text to say its ready to collect. When I get to the store and click the app button to say I'm here to collect. I have to wait and watch the person walk around the shop, go up the steps, just to get everything I ordered. I might as well order at the desk when I arrived. There is no time saving in using the click and collect, unless after 1 item
