keeps shutting down. app glitches, which has stoppedus collecting already ordered items aswell.also missing item availability. shows available and then suddenly not.and makes no sense why cant instock items at other stores be sent to other out of stock stores etc. such a silly notion to be available elsewhere but no option to have it sent to own local stores or even delivery option. please make things easier for us and better loyalty discounts,nectar points are not enough they take so long and

I've had this Argos card for a long time I've been happy for the most times but there's been problems regarding payments through the app but the most reservations I have is with the Argos pay takeover in April but we shall see how it goes and if it doesn't work out the way I think it won't I will be terminating and closing my account.

Had to submit an order numerous times. The system issued security advice to check authentication within my bank account. On doing this I returned to the Argos app to find the payment by card details had been erased. So annoying. I understand security checks are fine but not much help when the card details are erased.
