So frustrating! You can search items, you can add to basket (if you can find what your looking for and it can be in stock at a location nearby for when you want it which is becoming rarer!), but when you want to check out... 'We're sorry, there was an error. Please try again later'... almost every single time. And don't be fooled, it probably won't work later either- mine doesn't and I've stupidly tried again later far too many times. Save yourself the frustration and use your web browser.

Use this for browsing only. It should be called the catalogue App because it has constant issues with purchasing products. From being unable to update or add products to cart, unable to check stock or worse simply completing your order right near the end of the process. Edit: still the same after months and months of usage. Try to checkout and it gives an error to try later. Useless I'm afraid.

Like many others, no matter what you try and do to order anything, either via the app or the website, it constantly fails. Takes the money from your account, then returns it days later as the order process failed. So frustrating, as you can't even order things for home delivery or collection. This isn't just affecting me, it's affecting many others too.
