Simple & easy to use, only reason 4* rather than 5* is due to the app logging me out (after logging in 5 minutes before) at checkout & slight frustrating checkout as you cannot go back (edit options but not for everything - doesn't show everything; I believe it was delivery instructions) once you continue with checkout (3 steps), however very quick & easy checkout so even though I had to start again it took approximately 2 minutes (even quicker if you have a saved payment card). Would recommend!

Argos has always been a good app but in the last 6 months it's had a lot of problems. I am no longer able to save my payment details on Argos. I press save my card details everytime time I pay but it never saves. Now I'm no longer able to extend my collection date. It gives me the option; I press all the right buttons but the date never extends which is not ideal when something unexpected happens & I'm not able to collect before the original collection date limit. Please fix these issues argos.

I have used Argos for years,& I've purchased alot of items, however, in the last 18 months, when I have needed for example : fridge freezer, washing machine recently a cooker, there's quite a wait for delivery? as long as 3/4 weeks,so that's 3 large items bought elsewhere, so availablity needs improvement, the app itself, fine when it doesn't glitch.
