New app is great. It's fast, performance is the most important thing on this platform - if I'm ordering materials I don't want to spend forever to do it. The reason I stopped using Screwfix is their app was unbearably slow, Toolstation have hit the mark in their offering - be quick, bring me what I want, let me get the job done faster.

ive been happily purchasing things from toolstation for a few weeks for the start of a house renovation believing that when i gave my postcode to the cashier they were adding my purchases to my plus account. instead theyve been adding them to a duplicate account and customer services wont merge the accounts together or move purchases across... i mean yeah theyre saving £60 worth of discounts i should have had... but im on month one of a 3 year house renovation.

3nd Edit: updated but still same issue. The address is not recognised/available anymore for fast track delivery. It used to be perfectly fine weeks ago. My current workaround is to use my opposite neighbours address and to wait for the courier outside. Very annoying. I raised this issue with the customer twice already. This should be top priority, you are loosing customers!
