Edit: the app is updated but it is still not showing the address anymore. I've been in contact with CS. My address is not recognised/available anymore for fast track delivery. It used to be perfectly fine just a couple of weeks ago. My current workaround is to use my opposite neighbours address and to wait for the courier outside. Very annoying. I raised this issue with the customer twice already. There are also issues with other addresses. This should be top priority, you are loosing customers!

Ok but unable to copy and paste which is annoying sometimes. after Toolstation reply saying it should now work after their update, It still doesn't. you can copy only in the search bar, nowhere else. not helpful if you want to copy product names/codes etc to search or copy to customers invoices etc

It's awful, I still got it but it's horrible to use. Ordering things and when I click view order, it's just like you need to order again, add to basket again. Don't tell you when the order is ready.
