Ratings and reviews

Was initially fine, but just wondering if anyone else over the last few weeks have been loading up their app, and noticing that absolutely nothing in the portfolio or charts is moving. It's like all markets have stopped (and they haven't, I only invest in crypto). This also happens on my desktop, and my partner also experiences the same with his app on iPhone. It's frustrating, this is real money investing, and when you can't see real time movement - I don't think that is quite acceptable!

Easy to use, but completely unreliable. Been using for 3+ years. There are technical issues most days and always at the most inopportune time. The news feed is full of users complaining about issues on a daily basis. I've enjoyed trading and want to continue but will look for a more reliable platform. Very nervous about having money invested using this platform. Recently, my portfolio has even disappeared completely on a number of occasions and its normal for login to fail for hours at a time.

Experiencing a lot of "technical issues" recently, mostly during the worst times. Sometimes you can't log in for hours, sometimes for the whole day, thus missing the chance to buy during dips/manually close my positions. Even when the app works, it's 3★ at best. Navigating is annoying & the UI is mediocre. BUT, some good points are the discussion feed where you can discuss with other members, the copy trading idea seems cool (although I haven't used this feature), and the charts are nice.
