Ratings and reviews

Good app. However I cannot see if there is a function to enable a double tap to close or modify positions. Or a process you enable to ensure you do not accidently close a position. Also on the phone notificstions there should be a time stamp displayed. The app needs to refresh quickly to update all data. A true trader cares more about timely accurate data than slight battery drain.

Overall a good app and no lagging in general. Could be improved by adding an optional 'double tap to close positions' to mitigate accidentally closing positions. Still prefer MT4 graph functionality. Also, I find that the position update messages (which appear at the bottom of the screen) tend to cover crucial buttons when in graph mode and there is no way to manually close the message; having to wait for the update to disappear can make a big difference in profit or loss!

App is slow to open and load charts. Cant change candlestick or background colour so it's barely visible. Just overall a lot more clunky compared to MT4. However there's a lot more features etc and a more aesthetic UI but it's just not pleasant to use . I would also like a way to change more settings, eg, have my recent used chart screen pre-loaded right when i open the app, like on MT4.

What's new

In the new version of IC Markets cTrader Mobile 4.8, an "Invite" section and signal links sharing have been added.

"Invite" is a toolkit for partners, designed to attract, attribute and convert new referrals. A user profile has been introduced under "Manage Profile" in the main menu. Now you can share your orders and positions as signal links with enhanced snippets. Every signal link contains a parameter that attributes new users to you in "Invite".
