Your app needs work. First of you guys need to add a progress bar to show users page loading since your app is basically a webpage. I would advice u guys invest and put a good work on your app, if possible which I see why not. Create a proper mobile app and not just loading web page. Oh and lastly your app always require user to sign-in once close which make no sense. As I said u guys really need to put a good work on ur app. Cheers.

IC markets is great, the best spreads i have ever seen, withdrawals take some time but they get there. I have only one suggestion and IC Markets would be the best broker ever. Could your app not be browser based?, i mean you have everything to make that happen, i hope you get this. Cheers!

Useless customer support and horrible support at all. I've asked for ticks from MT5 to make an analysis of spread, and got a reply that they can not provide it. It's ridiculous. In first message I've mentioned that I do not want to verify my account yet so I can not open I live account to export ticks myself. The agent Ronny was super slow and not willing to help. 1 star is a gift for that broker.
