Your app needs work. First of you guys need to add a progress bar to show users page loading since your app is basically a webpage. I would advice u guys invest and put a good work on your app, if possible which I see why not. Create a proper mobile app and not just loading web page. Oh and lastly your app always require user to sign-in once close which make no sense. As I said u guys really need to put a good work on ur app. Cheers.

Where do I start. Right from the login it's a mess. I had an account for over 6 months. Once I changed my phone, I try to log into my account and reset the password. I then log in with my new password and there is the error that says my password is incorrect. I reset it for the second time under the request of a customer service agent. I put my second password to log in and it still doesn't work

Useless customer support and horrible support at all. I've asked for ticks from MT5 to make an analysis of spread, and got a reply that they can not provide it. It's ridiculous. In first message I've mentioned that I do not want to verify my account yet so I can not open I live account to export ticks myself. The agent Ronny was super slow and not willing to help. 1 star is a gift for that broker.
