The Caffè Nero app is the quickest route to your morning coffee and means you’ll never lose your loyalty card again! Link your debit or credit card for secure and speedy payment, enjoy watching your stamps build on your digital loyalty card, plus earn exclusive rewards along the way.

Scan the QR code in the app and the rest happens automatically… apart from your coffee, which our Baristas will handcraft just the way you like it, as usual.

After 'update', the new full-screen, useless-to-customer "Caffe Nero - It's Time" appears and freezes before anything can used. Previous to latest update - no naff slogan screen and instance access to app functions. Also, the "exclusive offers" adveets can no longer be swiped down and hidden, it covers half the screen with no full screen view of loyalty card. Caffe Nero, app functionality always entices me, never anyone's screen slogans or "exclusive offers" adverts - very much off-putting.

Over all I like the app very much and it's stands out as the best app from the big coffee chains. I do however find that the payment barcode expires too soon and if your in a cue waiting to be served it can time out then you have to exit the app and reload causing a bit of a nuisance at the till especially if it's in a place with limited internet connections. Otherwise it would be maximum score. Great.

The app is generally good and convenient to use, pay and collect stamps all in one, as well as free rewards from time to time. However it used to be run much more smoothly, recently the app has crashes frequently and takes much longer to load up. On a couple of occasions it has 'loaded' only to tell me link my card again which is already linked.
