The app was working fine then all over sudden the screen went blank. I have been trying to log back in but it tell me to connect to an organisation. But the my hospital/ Trust is not on the drop down list . I have un installed and installed it back but it's didn't seem to help. I have also switched off the phone but nothing is working. I don’t know what else to do.Its really frustrating.

Hi there, we are sorry to hear you are having issues with the connect to org stage. If you get this raised to your rostering team, they can take a look at your account to see if there is anything in the setup that could cause this to happen for you. They can also pass on any technical issues to our Support team.

Initially, I thought this app was really good as I could do everything, including booking bank shifts, requesting annual leave, and looking at my up and coming shifts. However, after not logging on for a while, I was asked to log in. After being asked to log in, an error message constantly appears, stating, "the user already had an external account". This is very frustrating as I have no access to the benefits of this app.

Terribly slow and sometimes won't even load at all. My WiFi is great, I've checked the app is up to date, I've made sure it has all permissions it needs to run but yet if you try to open it it'll take 5 to 10 minutes to even load. Then if you click to check anything it'll take 5 or more minutes to load, sometimes getting stuck and crashing. Have fully shut down then reloaded and nothing changes. Incredibly frustrating app to use which is a shame as it has the potential to be really useful.
