Waste of time. It is very clumsy to use at checkout (click pay, scan app, then click pay again), the rules for earning points are so arcane that, after several uses, I have earned nothing. The first time I used it, it took the payment direct from my credit card, without asking if this was OK. Now it has logged me out of my account and will not accept my password to log back in.

Started OK. Now just in an endless loop of it telling me to reset my password. Not much good if I can't use it! Get the app right before you launch it! Edit: The login issue was eventually resolved after a year or so. Now there are no Missions to complete making the app completely pointless (literally). If you scan this app all you are doing is giving the company free data about your shopping habits and getting nothing in return. Time to delete the app!

Not great. Unfortunately the price hikes overule any rewards receipted. I.e. if I buy our standard 'go to' products they have increased over 100% in price in months. The rewards app constantly just gives you £60p rewards when the price increases within a matter of months (sometimes just a couple weeks) equate to far more than that. It's not really an incentive at all unfortunately.
