Had a buge problem with the app. After voicing my concerns about it i had a very pleasant reply telling me my problem had been resolved in the form of an update... Thank you tesco. Now i can fo my shopping online once again in the best way possible ☺️👍
Seems to have fixed most of the earlier problems (fingerprint verification, verified by visa, crashes etc) but introduced a new bug. Delivery slot calendar events get created each time I start the app. I currently have eight duplicate entries for one delivery this Friday.
Finally fixed on my phone. I still can't stand that on my Samsung tablet I can't view it in portrait mode. Who wants to walk around with a tablet sideways when trying to check though their cupboards!
Not user friendly at all. The main problem is the layout of the screen and the size of the text. Even navigation is difficult and it crashes frequently. Please sort it out, Tesco, before I am driven to a different supermarket!
Took Tesco a while to resolve the bug in the issue but seems to be up and running again now. Overall, good app if they can keep on top of compatibility. Thanks Tesco
EDITED: After several months, the app now appears to work without issue on my S8+ and Galaxy Note 8 after latest update! At last!!
