Great when it works Very useful app when it works but have had instances of freezing on the opening Tesco screen. Happens on Nexus 5 and Sony Xperia Z3. Otherwise we like the scanning and selection process. Would be good if scanning returned you to the scanner after adding an item so you can add other items. Search engine still not that great.
Great for my busy lifestyle This app makes shopping a breeze, especially if I need to add items or amend an order after submitting it. Only down side is it doesn't always have all the products that I know I can get in store, so occasionally I make a trip for the odd bit. Overall great app easy to use and navigate and I love the barcode scan function.
Brilliant! This app is so easy to use. You can add items throughout the day via your tablet and phone so you don't forget anything you need. Specially if it's loo roll! Runs both the sale items and your favourites for cheeky add ons. I also must add that there is a friendly help desk available with prompt responses and solutions if you hit any bumps.
Seems OK - tad glitchy though Very easy to use, handy app. Love the ability to change orders and view commonly bought goods (with the help of the good old tesco card logging my every purchase - slightly creepy?) Did glitch out a bit and lost some of my added items when changing the order. Simple to add 'em back though and just reauthorise payment.
Great but why only some goods listed? Love the app. Slick, easy to find my usual favourites and not cluttered by special offer advertising. Just really annoys me that you can't always get what you can buy in store - and I mean everyday items. Sometimes I feel it is deliberate to force you to buy alternatives. If so shame on you tesco for assuming your customers wouldn't work that out.
What a Mess! App was slow, didn't load properly. Could not access the basket, and I had trouble removing and adding items. The app lost contact with the delivery slot and locked completely. I 'force stop' the app, many times, to get anywhere Then when I came to checkout, didn't recognise me, kept saying the network had timed out or I had put in the wrong email address or password, which I hadn't. Then it went right back to the beginning, signed me out completely and wouldn't even recognise my email address.
