Ok but password handling doesn't work You can't reset your password on the mobile app (the email link takes you to an error). And I swear it doesn't accept my password as I have to reset it on a PC EVERY time I place an order. I've uninstalled and reinstalled - makes no difference
Changes don't work If I make a change to my order it never saves it saying "servers are busy". Well the servers have been busy for about 6 months now and no one at tesco can give me an answer. Apart from that it's okay.
It's ok, I like it that it comes to ur door, but oh my God delivery is a bit high don't you think... Come on I'm sure tesco is on more than enough to lower the delivery charge!!
Doesn't work anymore I need to be able to shop online with mobile phone access. Am changing to another store as your app is no longer working on my mobile
This app just isn't working at the moment for some reason. Never had any problems with it in the past. Have had my phone checked and everything else working fine. I've done the usual delete app then reinstall, phone off and on again but it's still having problems. Last 2 occasions I've shopped online through the Internet and not the app. Works intermittently
Love it!! Im a working single parent with 2 small children. Shopping is a nightmare. The tesco app has been amazing. It always works and i love that if a item is unavailable it offers and alternative. I find it easy to use and navigate.
