I love this app. I can get my shopping done in 10 minutes flat rather than 1.5hrs in supermarket. I can quickly add my favourite items, easily search for things and even change my order up until nearly midnight the night before its due. Now, instead of making lists and forgetting to take them shopping with me, I just add items into my basket on the app as I think of them. Wouldn't know what to do without this now!
App works as it should. However you can't screen shot anything. There is a good reason and it's because Tesco are one if not the biggest misleading supermarket out there. It's a good job I have root privileges and able to record and screen shot all it's shady and misleading pricing and information! Tesco will say they block screen shots for security purposes but we all know better than that!
Easy to use, pretty stable and straightforward. Only challenge is once you have successfully confirmed a delivery slot you then need to go a stage further to check out. Wouldn't be the first time I picked my shopping, booked a slot, saw a nice green tick only for nothing to arrive... Because I exited the app rather than checking out after booking delivery!
The app is great. Items stay in your basket till you check out. This allows me to put things in it as i think of them over the course of a few days. I find i order less unnecessary things when using the app as opposed to browsing. I can order shopping for my mum too. It's just great.
Latest update keeps force closing at tesco logo, and its going into landscape mode all the time, Tesco you need to take a look at Ocado's app, that's how it should be done! Other people complaining about my problems from the 13th April, how long to fix? S7edge user
Overall, very good app, part of a reliable, friendly service for home grocery shoppers. However, one or two things which I buy regularly are impossible to find on the app, e.g. frozen salmon steaks, tinned granny smith apples. Sad to have to go to the store specially for a couple of things instead of just adding them to my order. The last update seems to have fixed the glitch which made the app difficult to open at times, so well done for that.
Spring has finally sprung. We’ve been doing some spring cleaning in the app that would make Kim and Aggie proud! We’ve been busy with the swatter - a whole host of bugs in the app have been fixed.
