I use the website for this usually, downloaded the app as I thought it would be more convenient. Asked me for one-time access code as using for first time, then wanted me to set up pin. Thought that was it, looks like it wants an access code each time I open the app. Have to into website to get code so may as well do what I need from there. I don't know about SavingSpace, more a waste of space. I'm deleting the app.

It's been several months since the app stopped working on Android 14 which is now officially released and the developer didn't update their product so it's removed The app no longer works on Android 14 Convoluted and confusing process that will leave you frustrated. Sign-up process is complicated and is takes about 2 days for card to arrive and further several days for it be be activated! On top of that topups also take a day or two to be processed so you need to do this in advance.

And tried to use it in waitrose connected to their wifi wont load tried mobile wants pin multiple times then finally needs reacctivation . If it doesnt have prefect connection it just wont work . So useless rubbish poor. See previous comments for the other problems i reported that you havrt fixed. I will be telling my company to find a diffrrent discount provider
