Absolutely horrible experience! They kept holding onto my order and not pushing them through to the brands that I ordered from... for several months. The communication is absolutely horrible. Now that I'm speaking up, they are making more excuses and they've lost thousands from me. I definitely wouldn't recommend. The shipping is also ridiculous.

I love Faire, but the app specifically is way more frustrating than helpful. There are a couple things that make it harder to navigate than the website, but the worst by far is how sensitive the "Remove Item" swipe function is when viewing your cart. I am constantly accidentally removing items just by scrolling, and I just placed an order that didn't have an item I need because I didn't realize I had deleted it. Just add a confirmation prompt like literally every other site and app! So annoying.

Really great resource but the mobile version does have some flaws (Android). Plugging or unplugging from power sends you back to the home page. It is not always possible to request notification when an item is restocked. little things like that. Still a great platform and still worth using
