Terrible experience horrible customer service.. issue after issue that they cannot seem to assist or resolve in setting up your account. Not what a new business owner needs to be dealing with in addition to everything else. Several attempts via email no other way to reach them even if you do buy the membership which I have done and no response to even Facebook Messenger reach out for help requests

I love Faire, but the app specifically is way more frustrating than helpful. There are a couple things that make it harder to navigate than the website, but the worst by far is how sensitive the "Remove Item" swipe function is when viewing your cart. I am constantly accidentally removing items just by scrolling, and I just placed an order that didn't have an item I need because I didn't realize I had deleted it. Just add a confirmation prompt like literally every other site and app! So annoying.

This is a first for me, and 💜 Faire! So many wonderful products! Many handmade, unique, up-cycled, earth friendly.. The brandings are beautiful. And Faire brings them all together in one place - so easily accessible and convenient. Visually, the seller's presentations are so aesthetically appealing and well put together; a very enjoyable browsing experience. I haven't had any problems with the app as stated by others and find it quite well organized and fun to browse!
