Machine works well. App doesn't. Unable to download any programs for the usqueeze3 - perpetually stuck at 0%. Massage stops running when I leave the app and use other apps. And when I unfortunately have to stay on this app, massage still stops halfway through. Very problematic experience, despite the machine costing $1000. Please update the app. Otherwise I will be forced to ask for a refund.

App does not work when synced to mobile phone. Crashes mutiple times. Tried on 2 different mobile phones. Reboot mobile phone but nothing works. Email, whatsapp & called to asked for product refund. Response is evasive. Nobody has answers to what is happening. Leave me hanging. Very frustrating and disappointing. Technology is not ready to support its products at all

App keeps crashing. Once tap to connect, the home screen appears briefly and app will auto close. I've uninstalled, reinstalled and using 2.4 wifi. Super frustrating cos the app will allow more massage functions. Updates 16 Jan... Issue resolved.
