Registration process is way too complicated. Form can't be filled electronically, must use a 3rd party app like Adobe Edit and Sign, menu submission is with an Excel spreadsheet, so another 3rd party app just to edit it, and what annoy me the most, must submit a photo of my restaurant (FYI, it's pandemic, the economy has tanked, so I don't wanna own a physical restaurant. I prepare the food in my home kitchen and so far so good for 2 years with Gojek-Grab, so why can I not do this with Shopee?)

Complicated!! Took more than 2 months to register & they gave different excuses why the reg couldn't be processed. Now the application is approved, but they use product pics which are not mine. The ones I uploaded were not set for the correct products. We cant change pictures, price, description from the app. Everything has to fill forms and apply. So complicated! The link in the help section is not useful because the buttons aren't available in the app, though I just updated the app today.

We should be able to adjust our own menu. Especially the pic and price so we can synchronize our menu quickly with our other outlets on other platforms we use. I have submitted the images during registration but they are missed placed on the menu. Also when I asked the representative about revision, they limited it to 3 per day. Something instant shouldn't take this long.
