Products has good quality and good price. The service is not really that good. Sometimes the order is gone and need to contact customer service to locate. Once one order is sent in two packets and lead to some products missing. Sometimes they WA you when order is sent but other time no info.. so you need to rely the app. With the lack of communication from delivery, you need to investigate issue yourself because CS takes very long to respond. This service used to be good, I hope they improve it

Well, the application itself is very good, but your prices are way more expensive than the similar businesses surrounding my area. So, this is not what I'm looking for.

I had 2 bad experience. The first one, I couldn't use a discount voucher, a pop message said that My purchase was below minimum payment. While that info wasn't written on the invoice. Second, Items I purchased were not available and was almost forced to transfer my payment into a voucher with a validity. Why was I limited with a validity period to use my own money?
