The CS only give a template answer which is terible CS ever. Context: I forgot my login number and accidentally input my newest number whereas my account had been signed with my old number which is non-active now. However, they did not decline my number that I wrongly input instead they sign it up my new number. After several attempt, I finally success to login and try to change my number to the newest number by ticket system and it failed to update because my number was sign as new account.

current version not stable at all. sometimes we logged out. out of sudden.

With the old version I had no issues, since even though most of the times we didn't get notifications, the drives still came and the orders were never cancelled. But now with the new version, I'm starting to lose my nerves. Already two days with the new version and all my orders cancelled automatically because we didn't get the notifications. We are losing money, so are you. If the orders are cancelled, I can't get more money and you can't get your commission. Please fix this issue. Thank you!
