for me it is not user friendly, at all. unlike its actual concept of being innovative product of fast train, my experience of rescheduling three tickets in one booking code is really bad : you have to reschedule each ticket - one by one - and if you use credit card for payment, you have to insert the card number again when rescheduling. so it is indeed wasting time and the call center is useless. it is even worse if you try the website.

One of the national strategic projects, but the app's a mess. Signing up and logging in should be easy-peasy, but nope, this app just won’t let you sign up. Keeps saying the email’s already used (and I'm like, “No way, I’ve never signed up before”). So I figured, okay, let's hit 'forgot password', but guess what? The verification code times out super fast, like I’m pretty sure I punched it in not even 5 seconds after getting it.

Bad application. the application is useless, I have registered, I have also verified it but after 2 weeks I haven't used it, the application logs out by itself, I try to log in but it says login account does not exist, when I try to register it says the email is already registered... I try to forget password and verification via WA or email but it says WA or email does not exist... hahaha very funny application. If it's not ready to be published, please don't publish it, this appl
