KAI Access, PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Official mobile application for Android. KAI ACCESS has features that other applications do not have. KAI ACCESS #foreasyaccess

Find convenience that is only available in this application. KAI ACCESS is the only official application issued by PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). This application is not only for ticket sales but several features have been added for convenience and service to customers of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) KAI ACCESS provides new features in accordance with the needs desired by the customer as follows:

TICKET CANCELLATION
Customers don't need to queue and come to the ticket counter just to cancel the ticket. Time will not be wasted. Everything can be done anywhere and anytime. Refund is immediately transferred to the registered customer account 30 days after the cancel process is carried out. This feature can be used by the customer even though the purchase is made at an official PT KAI / external channel agent, provided that the customer must have a registered KAI ACCESS account.

RESCHEDULE TICKET
Customers do not need to be confused anymore with sudden trip planning so they have to change the travel schedule. With this application, everything can be done. You don't have to go to ticket counter looking for a replacement ticket schedule, etc. Simply by clicking on the e-ticket on "My Trip" menu then select the reschedule button and follow the next steps. This feature can be used by the customer even though the purchase is made at an official PT KAI / external channel agent, provided that the customer must have a registered KAI ACCESS account.

PURCHASING LOCAL TRAIN TICKET
Customers no longer need to queue at the ticket counter, local train ticket purchasing can be done 3 hours before the train departure. Purchases can be made at any time and anywhere. This feature can only be used for KAI ACCESS application users.

RESERVATION INTERCITY TRAIN TICKET 1 HOUR BEFORE DEPARTURE
This feature is provided to answer customer needs, where trips are sometimes made suddenly. Customers no longer need to panic to queue at the counter just to buy go-show tickets. Purchases can be made on the way to the station. This feature can only be used for KAI ACCESS application users.

E-BOARDING PASS
This feature will appear 2 hours before train departure. Customers no longer need to queue just to print a boarding pass on the CIC machine (check in counter). Simply show the e-boarding pass on your mobile to the boarding officer. This feature can only be used for KAI ACCESS application users.

Horrible and very slow app. I had 0 problems ordering tickets on 3rd party apps but this. It's not due to the network connectivity, but rather the application design itself. We have to finish the payment in 5 minutes, but the app is very slow and I wasted more than 2 mins just to wait the app It's impossible to continue the payment once you pressed back button (which is a stupid design decission IMO). There's no way to "finish your order" on the pending tickets page. I lost a lot of good seats!

Applications often crash/force close when ordering and checking passenger bios, passenger bios such as phone numbers cannot be changed, when searching for the train schedule also experienced a lag. The point is at this time this application is VERY uncomfortable to use. I hope the developer knows the problem in the application at least by replying to the review in the rating column, that way we can know that the developer has seen reviews from users

The previous version was smooth. The new version is really heavy to operate, I had multiple app crashes while ordering the ticket. Hope you can fix the problem immediately. I believe that you will find a clue on your Google Play Console regarding the bugs and issues of the current app
