Every time I forward multiple messages to my customers, they become disorganized and out of order. The message that should be in the first place is instead placed second, sometimes third, and so on. All messages become random and unordered. This has been happening since I recently updated my WhatsApp. I have been using WhatsApp Business for my service business for over 3 years, and I have never experienced a problem like this. This is very frustrating. Please, fix this problem. I am begging

Can't backup anymore.... Since a while it's not possible to back up to my main Google account. To other accounts I added cos of that reason it's working. Support can't help and only answer with automatic generated or forwarded messages. Nobody really wants to help it seems. . It's just annoying... Please give us an update! Edit August 24 : it's working again. Nobody knows what was wrong.

I recently came across the new feature on WhatsApp, but unfortunately, it hasn't quite resonated with me. The updated design and color scheme don't align with my personal preferences, and I find it less intuitive than the previous version. I hope you'll consider taking user feedback into account and making adjustments to enhance the overall user experience. Specifically, I'd love to see an option to switch back to the classic design or offer more customization options for the color scheme.
