The app is great, and I had an amazing experience using it. But lately, the app had been having a lot of bugs and took a long time to load even though my network and phone were working just fine. Sometimes, it even crashed when I was using it. Thankfully, it always saves my progress just in time, so none of my work ever disappears. It is just very annoying and a big inconvenience when I'm doing something very important and urgent. Please fix it. Thank you.

Canva is a very good all-in application, especially for someone who is running a small business and doesn't have the budget to hire a professional designer. Yet lately the app has been extremely slow! I'm using a phone that was released a year ago, so it shouldn't be a device problem, nor a service problem since my other apps are running just fine. Yesterday, it took me 6 hours to edit 6 pages. 6 HOURS!!!! Very appalling! It's so hard to simply move a text. Please fix this asap.

Minimum of 80% of it is locked behind a pay wall. At least make a filter to show what's free because no part of the app is worth the amount of money for ONE design. There are no good free choices, and pretty much any designs for free are just "guess I'll settle on this". I refuse to believe the 4.8 stars, because no way are that many people paying for this.
