The app takes a very long time to open, and then it stays stuck on "Connecting..." forever. Even after opening a chat to make a call, it gets horribly laggy and stuck. On top of that, there are way too many ads! When I disconnect a call, the app refuses to close and the call screen doesn't disappear for a long time. My internet connection is extremely fast and all other apps work smoothly, so this is definitely an issue with imo itself. very bad experience

Suspicious app behavior. Constant ad pop-ups, and some of them show up in the middle of working and the app, especially when hanging up on calls, so you accidentally tap on them, and it installs apps without your permission. It's true that the app needs ads to run free, but the ads show up in places where you might accidentally tap.
