Since many months I have been facing an issue where I can't play downloaded songs when I am offline. What's the point of getting premium membership if the one main feature is not working? I also tried contacting the customer care, but there analysis and response is far worse than any other non technical person. This issue is being faced by many and hence is leading to depleting customer base. The one star is just for the song collection and sound quality.

Wynk was my first choice. But, it is closing down. So, I'm using Saavn because it has an impressive collection of bollywood songs. It has, however, one big drawback. Whenever we add a song to a playlist, it also goes to the playlist "liked songs". This is not intended. Onle the liked songs must go to playlist "liked songs". You team of developer must surely look into this bug.

it was working fine until recently updates don't know who introduced AUTOPLAY ALWAYS option, no matter how many times I turn off AUTOPLAY it won't go off, for every new song it turns ON default. not sure why should I buy premium for such unnecessary features, also there are lot of missing albums from kannada movies, trying to switch subscription for other music platform soon
