This release brings some big updates to the app!
Now, at the top of the menu, you can see your cumulative TRIMP score, which shows your training load over time. Hard workouts add up, and here you can see that in one easy to understand number!

You can also see the TRIMP score for each workout, on the workout list screen.

The workout list screen has also been updated so that it's more concise and easier to understand.
