Ratings and reviews

For the last 2-3 weeks I have been observing that I require to verify and login every time I use the app. Many times the login fails with an error message that reads 'Sorry it looks like something went wrong from our side. Please come back later and try that again.' Kindly fix this issue ASAP. Please do let me know if anything is required from my end. Edit: I have not experienced the aforementioned issue since the last few days. I hope the streak continues..

I think most of the profiles are fake, created by this company to loot money. It is surprising that not even a single profile has responded despite using it for three months. My account got stuck when I tried photo verification. There is no response from the profiles, so I purchased premium. Due to no response, I stopped autopay after a month. A few days later, this happened.

As a loyal Bumble user since 2019, I’ve often felt like an unofficial ambassador for the app. I appreciate that women can make the first move, creating a more intentional and comfortable experience. However, subscription prices have become too high. Loyalty rewards or returning-user discounts would be a great addition. The filter system also needs improvement, including an option to filter by preferred race or ethnicity.
