Great app. But there should be something on the firmware of the scooter that records automatically the number of metres whether logged in or not, then when next connected, updates the cloud profile and notifies the user of possible unauthorised use of the device, how many km, etc . If you implement this system it would be possible, with a very minor addition of a small SOC microcontroller like an Arduino to provide everything from location tracking, indicators, remote immobiliser and more!

Crash King - when it works it's a great app but it crashes really bad about 50% of the time you launch it. seems to be pretty common and probably the most common complaint. When it works it's great though. It was very hard to pair and actually if you asked me how I finally got it paired I would not have an answer. phone kept asking for a password but there was none to input

Poor User Verification. I tried to register from mobile number and I keep getting the error message "send code verify error(90203)" . I wish the reason for the error could be more clear, or googleable. There is no available fix. The service outlet people basically told me to try again at home later (I had tried to pair the app with the scooter right there in the showroom but they assured it was a temporary server thing). It was not. There is still no fix.
